They aren't trying. Part of it is if they have a "pro" and a "con", then they get to keep the illusion of controversy going, and keep the story going.

Yeah, I have said on here, that I think sometimes they have to draw straws and whoever getst the short straw has to argue the untenable side of the story/case. I am hardly a fan but I certainly respect her more than she quit going on shows when she realized was a travesty this case was. Sure she is an avocate but she is not an idiot like Nancy Grace and Wendy Murphy who will apparently say anything no matter how false to try to support their position.
