From the Macon.com article posted above:

In their discovery motion, Seligmann's attorneys specifically asked for access to the accuser's computer - which they said is believed to be in the possession of the Durham Police Department - and records from the Durham Access Center, where the accuser was taken for involuntary commitment in the hours after the party and before she told police she was raped.

My take:

1. The defense wants to see if she was studying at Duke lacrosse sites for that multiple choice test with no wrong answers.

2. The defense thinks if they can find a tox screen, she will be on lots of legal and illegal drugs.

Why did the police have the accusers computer?

Does Crystal have her own lawyers? Would they be interested in getting her a deal where she would not face charges if she admitted to being coerced by Nifong?
