A cotten oxford shirt, buttoned up would be relatively cool....and the Pakistani dress is usually a tunic and trousers....
Which is quite comfortable.

Comfortable and attractive. I have one ... bright purple, embroidered it myself in a fit of energy during my 6th pregnancy.
It seems like a long-sleeved blouse with a neck scarf would cover the young woman's body art, and she's not in Georgia or someplace really hot!
