I'm sticking to an all-natural, holistic approach to my health. I eat whole-grain foods and vitamin supplements such as garlic and Omega-3 oil. Olive oil is good too.
Yeah. I'm all for the fish oil, too. They used it in the past(with great success)so it gets my vote to cure my ills...
Regarding the FDA, they are not only a joke, but they are lying, thieving, cheaters and pathetic excuses for human beings, that are totally war crime candidates in my opinion. In other words, string 'em up by their toes, and let 'em dangle over the ocean...
