I'm sorry for the loss this family has occurred, but I bet with in a year though they will fill a lawsuit filed blaming it in Yellowstone Park.

So true. It's a tragedy in a classical sense: People see all the warning signs and still continue acting on a dangerous thought. OTOH, accidents occur out of the blue like the person killed by a car crashing into their house, or a meteor landing on their home.
I see people act out irrational ideas, thinking they are immune to scientific laws and thumbing their nose at random chance.
How else do you account for people such as this wingnut?

Why file the lawsuit against Yellowstone? Why not file against God--oops, President Bush--who created the geologic formation known as a cliff and the physical force of gravity, just as he created marshes, rivers, oceans, hurricanes, and water itself?
