I don't think most are psychotic. But most are pathologically arrogant far too often, imho. Was one of the reasons I could never play the "PROFESSIONAL" role very well. Sickened me too much to float in those circles.
I prefer to be much more down to earth, practical, amongst the folks etc.

I've always said that psychologists and psychiatrists follow these professions because of a deep-seated need to analyze their own nuttiness.
Back in the late '60s, early '70s, any date that told me she was a Pysch major soon rewarded my observations with some nuttiness in word or deed.
And the next morning, I threw them out.
