My opinion, But I think so much of this crap comes from using video games as babysitters. This is the video game generation, in full bloom. If you don't like someone, don't talk it out, beat the crap out of them. So many parents these days are so out of touch with their kids, and so much out of the picture.
That boy deserves some time behind the wood shed.
But, then the state would show up and call that child abuse.
I know bullies are old as time, But it just seems so wide spread now, and MUCH more violent than ever.

While video games can lead to problems, I would bet a month's pay that the real problem in that kids life is bad parents or a lack of parents in his life.

My wife worked at a school, and to a kid, the bad ones had lousy parents, or fathers who were absent.
