my Dad is 71 and not in the greatest of health. I have one son, he is 4 1/2. The hard part is he was 17 days old when his Daddy died, so I was thinking today as we were at the cemetery before church, that is really stinks that this is 5 Father's Days that he has missed out on and never even got one.

Hopefully your dad for now can be fulfilled as he is the role model for your son - with your son getting the blessings of his presence.
I need to get to bed. Have to make a lunch for 5 for tomorrow. Going to Stan Hywet Hall in Akron.. taking 4 friends & it will be a birthday celebration for 2 of them who are both single(both never married), catholic, love classical music.. I have been tryng to put these two together for many years.
