The only thing I ask of the US team in the WC is to at least not do worse than Mexico.
Unfortunately Mexico got a creampuff group compared to the US.
Only barely was right. I chose to root for Mexico because at least they don't want to nuke us.
I would gladly see Mexico lose to Angola if USA can beat Italy tomorrow.
Yet.
I guess you could put the score as:
Argentina 3 Serbia 0
Argentina 3 Montenegro 0
Similarly, mighty Tobago are blaming "those Trinidadian bastards" after yesterday's unfortunate loss to England.
Does Argentina get 6 pts, then?
Thanks for the ping!
It's about time I get to watch some soccer! Sheesh! Last week of school can really cramp the WC viewing experience!
Well, sort of. This team is made up of nearly all Serbians. I think there are only a couple of Montenegrans. But damn, Argentina, just damn!
Good evening and a very warm welcome tho this Emirates Airlines MatchCast for the eagerly-anticipated match between Cote d'Ivoire and the Netherlands. We've already had one magnificent performance in Group C today, with Argentina providing an awesome show of strength in their 6-0 demolition of Serbia and Montenegro. Victory for the Dutch this evening would see them through to the last 16 along with Jose Pekerman's side.
Hey gator! How are you today?
Can you give those of us who just got home a nice little rundown on what has happened so far? Yes! I trust your commentary over ABC/ESPN anyday!
Argentina beat the living bejeezus out of Serbia & Montenegro.
Hi kevkrom - that was a full-on beatdown by Argentina.

Gator runs Cup numbers like bookies run horse numbers. I do enjoy, though - good work!
Ouch!
Argentina: 6
Serbia & Montenegro: 0
Nope they only get 3 points for the win, but the +6 in goal differential would help if they and the Netherlands are tied in number of points.
Argentina beat the Montenegro out of Serbia!
