i note that your responses are devoid of primary source information. secondary sources impress NOBODY, who is a scholar of the period. frankly, i couldn't care less what some "academic" at Harvard or elsewhere thinks, absent ORIGONAL source documentation. frankly, it was my experience in grad school that "scholars" were just as likely to lie as "non scholarly" persons.This is coming from a man who a few months ago cited, as his (incorrect) source for the invention of heroin and aspirin, a German historical novel.
