Mr. Rooney tried to get him not to ride the damn thing at all, helmet or no helmet.

I have been by that intersection(10th avenue bridge, second ave. and Armstrong Tunnels) 100s of times.

The Armstrong Tunnels are weird for they are the only tunnels I know of with a big curve.

Also that intersection is busy and somewhat dangerous.

He has obligations and he needs to act like a grown up.
