i'm right outside of Pittsburgh.news is reporting Ben is in serious but stable condition.in surgery at this time for his injuries.he was alert and talking to doctors on his way to surgery.

Word on the street is facial lacerations, broken jaw (ouch) and lost teeth. No word on concussion, if any (probably).

Cop who was on scene on KDKA now....was concious, glassy eyes, looked OK except for "pretty good head injury". Not able to talk much. Lotsa blood.
