You'll no doubt live to a ripe old age since you have abundant common sense.
Hubby and I have trikes.
[he has a trike building business]
Amazingly, even though they have more lights on them than a Delta jet preparing for landing and are 4 times as wide as a 2 wheeler, some people still "don't see them".
On the bright side, we've had a a massive decrease in "pull outs" since going into trikes.
People seem to realize that a heavy *trike* just might smash their cars up pretty bad.
We have our share of metric "wheelie boys" around here.
There's one particular strip of rural highway where they do their "tricks".
You can't imagine how sick I feel when I'm unlucky enough to be there when they're out "playing".
I usually turn off or slow down enough that I don't have to watch what's eventually going to happen to them.
Life is dangerous and everything can kill you.
A lady up the road went down to her basement and switched on the overhead light.
The floor was damp.
She is no more.
"Be careful out there. You never know who might be waiting to run you down. LOL"
Vulture.
May your [insincere] 'good wishes' return to you sevenfold.
Hey, I'm a Jets fan so I would have to see that the entire league gets wiped out for it to do any good for me. Although, since it's the Jets they would find a way to screw that up too.
No doubt about it. We all take risks each day. We try our best to balance them with our values. Personally, I think Ben was foolish to invest that amount of trust in those he shares the road with. But the feeling it gave him must have been worth the perceived risk in his eyes. Whatever his reasoning, it was his decision to make, not mine. I can respect that, particularly since he is rich enough that taxpayers won't be stuck paying his bills.
LOL.
You are far from alone.
Ann Coulter needs to grow up about twenty years in her mind (she must quit reaching for the cheap thrills and easy laughs)........ and then gain about 20 pounds. Then things would be just a little better.
;-)
By the way ........ doesn't she look like Leslie Nielsen in "Airplane"?
;-)
Let's just see.
I hope Ben gets through this big mistake of his with a career still available!
If I were him, I'd have definitely chosen to wear the helmet.
I may be a bit wild-eyed at times but I am not stupid enough to believe that I'm immortal.....:)
[plus, I have a hunny, pets and family who would be terribly impacted by any unwise decisions I might make so I take that into consideration, too]
Sponge cake?

He never worked out. He was weak.
Right on! Great thought!
I'm hearing from some older Steelers (Tunch, etc.) who I know that Ben's knees may be ok.
I'll tell you more after midnight. I'm going to see some guys in about two hours to learn a lot more.
Be well......
Yes, sir.
;-)
LOL
Then, he was killed on a motorcycle during his senior year.
Why would you say this?
Fans can be fanatics.
Thank you.........
Or, perhaps, fanatical.
KDKA reporting injuries to the knees may be sprained knees and scrapes, possibly no severe damage.
