I don't think the inconsistent statements aren't a big deal and this doesn't hurt the prosecution at all.

Abrams: You don't believe that.

Abrams: This case has become an outrage.

Georgia: Kim says she went into her own car and changed her clothes. That's when the girl could have been raped.

Abrams: Except that when Crystal came back out, she wanted to go back into the house and make more money. I can't believe I have to believe Yale Golanther on this case.
This is insanity.

Yale: Nifong and the lead investigator are unconscionable. We're talking about police officers who have no evidence . No tenderness. Nothing consistent with a rape. She told them she consumed alcohol and performed another dance act using a vibrator in her vaginal area and they never disclosed that.

Abrams: The accuser also told the sexual assault officer that Kim assisted the players nad Kim stole her money.

Yale: This girl is whacked. How a prosecutor could go to a GH is beyond comprehension.

Abrams: What could be in the discovery we don't know about? What do we have? I've read almost all the discovery in this case. Every document being released could be a fraud and every document the defense is filing with the court could be a fraud. But lying about facts is a different story.

Yale: Everything the defense is filing is accompanied by police reports and directs the courts to an affadavit by either a witness or police officer. This case should never have been filed.

Abrams: We have new information about the physical examination of the accused. It doesn't help the prosecution. I don't get this case at all.
