I noticed the comment about the drinks. It appears that Kim drank hers, but if I'm reading her statement correctly Crystal's fell into the sink. Kim obviously knew that the drink was rum and coke, so she had to have ingested it.
Little Kimmy didn't suffer symptoms of a date-rape drug....
