Thank you for the Vanity article. Some much information, I'm having a hard time keeping sources straight.
Actually, it's worse than I stated in Post 325.
If you take into account the latest developments from these Defense motions, Kim says the AV wanted to go back in (and Kim did not) BECAUSE the AV thought there was more money to be made.
Their stories are almost completely opposite. Each one stakes out the position of the new, inexperienced dancer and each portrays the other as an Old Pro. Each one says the other wanted to stay and perform more. The entire mirror opposites on these issues is uncanny.
This should be a real warning flag for a Distric Attorney, when your "Victim" and your only witness are pointing the finger at each other. Only Nifong could proceed full steam ahead with this gang.
If there were any cartoonists out there that weren't radical liberals, someone would draw a picture of Nifong with him hanging his head out of the DA's office looking forward, and have the building labeled "USS Titantic"
Or, Nifong's head below the water surface in a toilet bowl, breathing through a straw sticking up above the surface of the water, with his arm sticking up with his hand on the handle.
