The alleged victim told a doctor the next day at UNC Hospitals that "she was drunk and had had a lot of alcohol that night," the motion said.
She later told police that she had consumed a 24-ounce bottle of beer and then told police she had two 22-ounce bottles of beer, according to the motion.

I agree that having the likes of Goslee on just ruins the show, except that it does serve to point out how bereft of evidence the case against the boys is because Goslee, and Bondi for that matter, can NEVER come up with any evidence against the, even though Abrams constantly asks them for it.
Rarely is it seen this early in a case when all the movement to date has been strictly procedural.
There is no possibility of a trial without the accuser being on the witness stand. The constitution provides for it. The state is not the accuser.
This is why I always said if I ever get a ticket by issued by a camera I will demand my right to face my accuser in court. It is not the agency that sends out the ticket it is the camera. I would demand that the camera that actually took the picture be brought into court. If enough people did it the cameras would be in court and not taking pictures.
How about the curse? That's what my Mother still calls it.
