The motion also says the alleged victim told Durham police that she had performed for a couple at a Raleigh hotel hours before the Duke lacrosse party. She told police that she used a vibrator. Osborn suggests that could be the source of the vaginal injuries mentioned in the rape kit report. (snip) Osborn says the accuser gave conflicting accounts of what happened. The motion says medical records indicate she told a doctor that she used no alcohol or drugs. The accuser told the sexual assault nurse that she had consumed one drink of alcohol and was taking Flexeril, a prescription drug used to treat muscle spasms.
The alleged victim told a doctor the next day at UNC Hospitals that "she was drunk and had had a lot of alcohol that night," the motion said.
She later told police that she had consumed a 24-ounce bottle of beer and then told police she had two 22-ounce bottles of beer, according to the motion.

Thanks, just got it and checking it out.
If she is renting, they could be former tenants who haven't bothered to change their voter's registration. Very simple explanation.

The man seems to be okay, haven't turned anything up on him.
But thinking back, the interview she did with her face shadowed out seemed to be in a setting which seemed to be decorated well. Kim might just be a roomate.

Well thank God someone else is here, the gutter was getting awful lonely.
'cuse me, Junkyard sex is reserved for UGa alumni only. I should know, hubby went to Georgia.

It is in the very beginning of her written statement, in the first or second paragraph she wrote.

Even if Nifong doesn't call Mangum as a witness, the defense certainly could.
The owner lives in Chapel Hill.
Going to take a shower all before NG comes on. I should wait, because I might need one afterwards, but I can hear my husband when he gets home. "You were going to get your shower when I left 3 hours ago, what have you been doing?"
"Painting honey, someone had to finish the living room." (Not a lie, I did a little bit of trim)
If I say it with the right pout (er, look) on my face he will feel guilty and say "Can I get you anything? Do you want me to make supper?"
I have been married way too long to let those opportunities pass by.
Hold the fort
I don't think so. I think we now have all three names of the three who gave DNA samples to test against the specimen taken from Mangum: Johnson, Taylor, and Murchison.
