While Denis Leary battles blazes on "Rescue Me," the FDNY is starting them with the 2007 New York City Firefighters Calendar, which poses 12 sizzling studs bare-chested (some of whom are pictured below) at iconic Big Apple sites. The heroes will sign copies from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at The Original Firestore, 17 Greenwich Ave. Calendars ($14.99 each) can also be snagged in bookstores and elsewhere around town. Part of the proceeds go to The Children's Storefront, a tuition-free Harlem school, and the Thomas R. Elsasser Fund for families of firefighters who die as active FDNY members but not in line of duty.

I have to admit, that lately a nice flat tummy has been something suddenly I am finding attractive.. not 6 pack... I like em with a at least some softness to em.. but for some reason lately that's moved up on the list.

I had tuna salad instead.
[I think that's pretty safe...maybe]

OMG, you're killing me with laughter today! Has he considered joining the hair club? Or a nice rug might do the trick, lol!

Glad you ladies know what you like and aren't duped by the current agenda-driven "fashion".I like masculine men.
Not chauvinistic, but masculine.

Has he considered joining the hair club? Or a nice rug might do the trick, lol! Heaven forbid. If he did bring it up I wouldn't like it. I like him just the way he is.
However, we do have several rugs laying around the house, but, personally, I think they look better on the floor.

Yes, sorry I lost track because I wanted respond to you.
Maybe you two know. I saw a history channel clip a couple years ago that discussed young Japanese men shaving themselves clean except for their heads. I didn't catch on why. I imagine it's a fad, but just like why American men do it, I'd like to know where this started.

Actually, now that I see these guys I realize I was talking about UPS ... the ones with the brown outfits.
Also, the Sparketts Water guys have shorts too these days. Yip!

I have to finish my house work now, but, before I go(i'll say that prayer when I do) I would like to thank you for bringing my spirits up.
With thread after thread of bad news and impending doom, it has been wonderful to belly laugh and drool at the eye candy. I have saved quiet a few of them by the way. Thanks all you ladies, y'all have provided me with some real hunks, especially the military ones. ;-)

Oh you are quite welcome. LOL this thread turned out to be one of the nicest we had here and one of the funniest! I'm happy you enjoyed the eye candy. Although I work in NYC and I haven't seen any of these firefighters in the picture. You can be sure i'm going to scope out the fire house we have down the block from my office building. Hmmmm just about 1 hour to go.
