I watched the game. The 'Canes owe Cam Ward a huge pat on the back for some of the saves he made last night.
One thing that bothers me is that several stories refer to Ty Conklin's error behind the net that led to Carolina getting the go-ahead goal.
I thought Conklin fielded the puck well. The Oilers player (who took the puck from him) mis-handled it and Brind'Amour came around from behind and stuffed it in. I'm not sure if the goalie could be blamed here.
