According to the Orange County register, the D.A.'s office released a charge evaluation worksheet that said the alleged victim in the case agreed to consensual kissing and petting on Sanchez's bed. According to the worksheet, the woman said she repeatedly refused Sanchez's advances to have intercourse with her but continued to make out with him when he stopped.

Another couple in the next room was unaware of what was going on, according to the worksheet, and the alleged victim "did nothing to convey through words or conduct that she had been assaulted" when she later spent approximately 20 minutes with them.

It was the overprotective mother called the cops, got the ball rolling, and ruined the kid's reputation. NOW will always call him a rapist.

The drinking issues will still follow him and he'd better clean up his act on that front.

PS I am not Holier than thou- I boozed it up as an underage athlete too. But I was not on scholarship at a major university nor did I carry a fake ID.
