I don't think it's particularly kind of me. You know how you just have a feeling of responsibility about something? I've had it about animals my whole life, and now my daughter has it. I simply CANT stand by and watch an dog or cat or parrot or whatever pet be mistreated. I can go out and hunt quail, I can go out and fish, I've raised bird dogs and hunted boar, but every time I see a dog with shredded paws because he was tossed out of a car, my heart just sees red. I have a friend that's like that about illegal immigration. He just goes nuts. It's not a choice, I guess.
It's still kindly, but if you say it isn't then it'll have to be brilliant instead. I just wish people like you would make the news instead of the miscreants who treat innocent animals cruelly.
