Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA is offering a "Fun Card" this year to VA residents only. You pay for one day at the park, and get a pass good through Labor Day. Of course, everything in the park is priced out of sight, but if you bring a picnic lunch, it can be relatively cheap.
