That was my understanding also. Then her driver from that night came out with a dfferent story.
My point was that not one person they drag out can actually back her up.
Remember too, with Brian Taylor's story contradicting her Dad's:

It sure looks like the Dad comes from left field whenever necessary to vouch for everything and anything. We have to wonder if the broomstick story, told by Dad, and terrible injuries that resulted were not in response to a Civil lawyer telling the family that awards are based, largely, on
physical and emotional injuries.
