We agree. First you get her beaten down, to where she's ready to get out of the trap. Then you make her cough up Nifong and all those who created this mess.
Maybe she'll give up Jesse Jackson and some of the others trying to mine this case.
Given Mangum's track record, it's safe to say she'll take the first shelter offered, and that would be giving up Nifong. Nobody's going to go the cost of her defense in multiple jurisdictions because her story is too weak for anybody to make the investment.
If the lax defense would start filing these suits, Nifong, the ultimate target, would be changing his shorts hourly.
I don't think Jesse is backing this. He's been burned enough times himself to know not to touch a loser like this woman other than the usual racist lip service support. Shabazz and his boys moved in to fill the void left by Jesse in this case.
