NIFONG: To my knowledge, no one has done that yet.
So, on March 31, Nifong is saying he doesn't know who made the first 911 call? Is there anything in the discovery to contradict that claim?
We know Kim Roberts was arrested on a months old probation violation on Mar. 22. I'm sure she told police she was the 911 caller then. So Nifong would have known that before Mar. 31.
