You need not worry. I have been doing wiring and electrical repairs for about 25 or more years. Wired my first (successful, too I might add) 230 volt line to my garage at my house at the time, when I was 15. Nowdays, I usually don't even have to kill the power to fix an outlet or switch on a 120v. line(but I will NOT willingly work on a 230v. line "hot, I am too smart for that!!). I will soon be putting in a gable fan in the attic, to help cool it, and east the load on the A/C, and thus, the cost of running it.

In tha case, mind stopping over and taking a look at our setup? My hairdryer seems to be shorting out the whole place. Can't figure how or why. We've tried turning off every appliance first, but to no avail.
