:-) after hours on end with them, I was just saying ok, whatever to anything they told me... they did tell me to contact Toshiba, which I did not want to do prior to talking to my friend who got the computer for me, being that I am not the employee and all and he bought it for me so to speak
I am too old to really have grown up with computers but really wish I could be more comfortable figuring it all out.
My dad doesn't bother trying to figure out stuff like burning CD's. He tells me to come over and do it for him. LOL
Unfortunately, QB is not my area of expertise (thanks again BigSky!!)...
The CD problems with the music aren't that uncommon, though.
What I need to know is what's left--so I can update the support thread and keep everyone in the nove...
