Well it's one of the beauties of Linux, that we can find flavours to suit our particular needs. I've used Live CD demos on my machines of various types, and Ubuntu suits my needs (and my hardware) best. :)

Eventually I am going to get a Core Duo laptop, and I will put SUSE on that, however - the model I have in mind, the Fujitsu Siemens Pi1536 and Suse are "happy together".
