Agreed. The number is so small it shows up statistically as a percentage of all rapes as 0.0. Even black on white rape was only ~14%, if I remember correctly. By far, most rapes occur within race.
That said, there is no evidence of "historical sexual abuse" of black women by white as the author infers.
Scant mention of the woman's lies, criminal record, changing of her story, or her motivations or JUSTICE.
