One question comes to mind. How does a CHP officer (if in fact it was an off-duty CHP officer driving) afford a Ferrari Testarossa? The insurance alone must cost a fortune! Afford? Maybe some poor er rich sap had it confiscated by the po-lice, and the vehicle was just taking up space down at the station. /cynicism
