So-called 'pit bulls' (hello! there's no such breed!) Which means, of course, that "pit bulls" don't really exist. They're just a particularly nasty figment of the imagination. And the chewed up kids, adults, and animals they regularly snack on are really the victims of mysteriously brutal self-inflicted injuries. Correct?

If you're actually "at law" you know better than most that this approach is fatally flawed in the area of its lack of any concrete definition.
BTW, isn't there an old saying about lawyers arguing emotion when neither the law nor the facts support their case ???
Virtually every time these sort of laws run into Judges with even a scrap of intellectual integrity, they're history. And Fast!
Most recently in Toledo, Ohio as I recall.
