A businessman from the sunny Southwestern United States has been in Seattle for 10 days of continuous rain. He exits his hotel on morning of day 11 to, of course, more rain. As he is standing under the front hotel entrance canopy, a small boy smartly outfitted in slicker with hood, rubber boots, etc, is walking by.
He stops the youngster, and asks him, "Young fellow, does the sun ever shine here?"
To which the boy replies, "How should I know, I'm only nine years old!"
