OK, let me get this straight....there's a constitutional right to engage in sodomy but no there isn't, but every existing law against sodomy violated due process....presumably there is a process by which sodomy can be illegalized, but SCOTUS won't say what it is...
So states can illegalize sodomy only for minors?
