Ah -- I'm disappointed in Drudge -- of course the site is a fake. It claims to be a Las Vegas TV station -- I didn't think there were any TV stations west of the Texas/New Mexico line heading north to North Dakota/Montana that began with "W." And yes, WTF should have tipped him off as well.
