I agree that nobody deserves to be murdered and that victims do deserve justice. But the Holloway-Twitty's seem intent on punishing Van der Sloot, whether he is guilty or not. Certainly, Mrs. Twitty cannot have more information than the Aruban police, yet repeatedly she has made defamatory accusations against that suspect and has recently filed a very questionable lawsuit against him in New York. Is that a sincere search for justice, or is it a determined effort to make someone, anyone, pay for her loss, whether he be guilty or not? Surely I don't know the answer to that, but, fortunately for all of us, Greta may have that answer soon.

Yep. You have just described the mentality behind MADD and any other "mom" based group. Nobody mourns alone anymore. It has to be society's" problem", or else there is no satisfaction.

They filed the lawsuit so they could question him under oath. And yes, they probably feel they could do a better job than Aruba.
