anyone know uf they still make Stroh's? It was made in Detroit. I used to really like it. Can't get here in the south if they still do make it.

The label's owned by Pabst but it's conract-brewed by Miller. The hops are gone in the taste.

Papst owns Stroh's and a number of other former "big name" regional and national beers including Lone Star, Old Milwaukee, Schlitz, Schmidt, Cold .45, National Bohemian Beer, Old Style and, of course, Pabst.

Go to their website www.pabst.com and they'll even tell you what retailers in your area carry their beers.

Here in Memphis, Stroh's bought out the Schlitz brewery. Later Coors bought it. I haven't seen a Stroh's since.
