I'm disappointed that my favorite bad beer isn't listed--Old Frothingslosh. (Yes, they really used to make this beer in Pittsburgh, Pa., and the cans were hilarious. The beer, on the other hand...)

Old Frothingslosh

I'll bet trying to say that name is fun after 4 or 5 beers.

Ain't that the one with the foam on the bottom? I hafta say...I'm from Cleveland and I now live in Pittsburgh. The two foulest tasting brews I've ever had were POC and Iron City.....

Then of course, there's this particular brand of fortified panther p*ss that was a favorite in my old neighborhood in C-Town...usually concealed in a paper bag...

I though I was the only human alive who remembered this classic!

The only beer proudly advertised -- like many of the current politicians with whom we are afflicted -- with its head ON the bottom.

Old Frothingslosh

Are you talking about the "Pale Stale Ale" that is so light, the foam is on the bottom?

Only qualifies if you ordered it at the Wooden Keg in the shadows of the House of Thrills. A refreshing change from the typical order of Imp and 'Arn.

BTW - It looks like Rolling Rock is being sold to Anheuser-Busch, the Latrobe Brewery to be closed and production moved to New Jersey. Yuk!

Old Frothingslosh? With the head on the bottom? Truely a heinous beer, but I tasted a generic light beer that was the worst. Would finish the can for $20.
