How do you contact a moderator? Aside from posting useless vanities?

I made a screwup, and need to contact a moderator. A guy signed up with the screen name Dr. Richard Kimball. I posted to him, asking him to pick another name, as there might be confusion as to which of us had posted. He was very nice, and did. After making two posts with his new screen name, his privileges were revoked. I think it was because of signing up with multiple screen names.

I feel badly about it, because he seems like a nice guy, and I think I accidentally got him banned. Anyway, I didn't want to flag abuse, which is the only way I know to catch a mod's ear. I also wanted to publicly apologize to him for messing him up early in his freeping career.

I don't know. Haven't heard back from him. Hope he didn't pick A+Bert as his new handle. It's funny, but I started using Richard Kimble as a screen name back in the days of BBS's, and for all the Fred Flintstones, Archie Bunkers, and Harry Callahans I've run up on, he's the only other guy I've found that used that handle.
