True to a druggie, she declined the drug test.

Nifong should be in hot water for making statements to the News Corpse when N.C. law forbids it - prejudical statements.

Turns out his statements were not even true (about the Tox), it seems Nifong expects to simply argue things when this is no factual basis (he is in Durham). I suspect he will try to change the timeline in the exact same fashion (Can you hear him saying: I know it clashes with some stories told here, but our investigators believe they were wrong and we've heard experts testify about how unreliable eyewitness testimony is).

Nifong has nothing more than a Jury pool eager to convict.

The panel on Abrams insisted that all he has to have is a jury that believes the hooker. But remember that the have to believe that they did it beyond a reasonable doubt while in the OJ case, for example, they had to think he DIDN'T do it beyond a reasonable doubt. Hopefully, they will either get a change of venue or, if they don't, the defense can assess the potential jury to a fair-the-well. Preemptive strikes!
