Greta Van Susteren reported the black man as saying after court to Reade Seligman, "YOU'RE a dead man walking!"...that definitely sounds like a threat, and that man should have been arrested and charged for threatening the life of Seligman, IMO. I wish I knew the law, because to the average person, it certainly seems like a 'change of venue' is called for in this case.
Being that they let this guy go after making his obvious death threat i sure do hope they gave him this message before he was released.
Sir, being that you made such a foolish statement of threat, I hearby deputize you as this boys personal protecter in the civilian community. IF ANYTHING happens to this boy or the other boys in regards to backlash of this case I will hold YOU personally responsible and you WILL be the arrested and charged with whatever happens to them.....as you have made a very public and to the point threat of things to come.
For a little perspective I would like to point all you folks to the David westerifeld trial where Damon Van Damme was REMOVED from the courtroom where the killer of his 7 year old girl was complaining about how he was LOOKING at him. Seriously LOOKING at him. The judge said it was keeping Westerfield from getting a fair trial.
Our legal system has become a joke and it isn't just that it is happening now more and more it is just that we are seeing it more and more.
Many folsk complain about the natalie halloway, Elizabeht Smart, Scott peterson type cases being all over TV and I would like to pose that the reason they are on TV news so much is not to show you the individual people...but indeed to show the entire public how much a JOKE our ENFORCEMENT arena of our legal system has become.
What the media is doing is putting the system on trial and the people are just pawns in that game. Clearly innocent people are ran thru the mill while guilty people are coddled and have excuses made for them by leftist idiots that just cannot accept that people do very bad things and when it is shown they have done so they should be punished ina way that fits the crime they did.
Sad state of affairs our legal system is in today and we have leftist liberal appologists to thank for it. I sure they are happy they have gotten what they have pressed for. I fear for my country and the rule of law.
From the look of things, the New Black Panther pitbulls have clamped their jaws down on these guys, and they're not going to let go no matter what. I think they would follow these guys around no matter where the venue was.
