My guess is that she was tested and no rape drug was found, but other stuff was and that is why Nifong is keeping it from the defense. He knows they will leak it to the press.

I cannot imagine Nifong having a positive result for a date rape drug weeks ago, and not mentioning it to a reporter or allowing a reporter to see it like he did with the DNA/fingernail report.

If so, why didn't he say the report would not be there the day of the hearing and explain why?
