Wouldn't common sense tell the SANE nurse to do a blood draw to check for date rape drugs, considering she was reporting a rape, and a rape kit was used? How can that slip past anyone?

Maybe, because the false accuser gave an account of what happened including the way in which she was "raped" the SANE nurse assumed she was not drugged.

If the accuser was "out of it" as the reports indicate, she should have been tested for potential overdoses of drugs.
