That's is the other reason why if I'm the defense, I am not neccesary upset if the trial is in say Jan-Feb 07 rather than September or October. The longer it that to get to trial, the longer she has to slip up. Sometimes all it takes is one disgrunted family member or ex-boyfriend to blow up her story. She sounds like she has a drinking problem as is likely to get drunk and perhaps brag. Kim also sounds like a person who can't keep a secret for 8-9 months.
