The only acceptable reason for not turning it over is that it doesn't exist.
Prosecutors play games with disclosure all the time. Don't expect Nifong to actually cooperate according to the requirements of the law. I think we're pretty well past that. He's going to have to be forced to do what he's supposed to do.
