MUST know with whom she talked immediately after the "alleged rape," so that they too can know what she told them.
I suspect, as does everyone else, that the defense team is soon going to ask for a compulsory order from the judge directed to Nifong to comply with their requests. And then, if he is not forthcoming, the defense will put on a strong effort to have the case dismissed.

Yes, those phone calls around the time could tell us about CGM's supposed drugged state. She wouldn't have been gabbing on the phone if she was out of it from a drug, for example.

There is speculation it was the boyfriend. However, as I stated before, phone records might tell us where she was when the call was made.
