Oh the accuser is going to file a civil suit against the boys AND Duke whichever way it goes - you can take that to the bank.

And btw, has anything been heard about the custody of the accuser's two children? She supposedly didn't want the CPS or anyone to know she was a stripper for fear of losing them.
