Do you mean, Nifong could be manipulating the evidence? (I've learned long ago--through Howlin, I might add-- Nothing is too dumb for Nifong.)
I'm not quite sure why you pinged Howlin to your post since she has nothing to do with what I post.
I cannot speak for anyone but myself...yes, I believe the DA will twist and hide evidence to his benefit.
