If later a report is found, then Nifong has plausible deniability as to whether he lied or not to the court/defense. I don't trust anything he says.
A toxicology report takes only a few hours or a day at most. What can the explanation be for this report still being unavailable?
I think CGM either refused the tests, or the SANE decided they were not necessary.
