DURHAM, N.C.One of three Duke University lacrosse players charged with rape wants the case resolved in time for the next school year, his lawyer said in court yesterday. But the judge warned he will not fast-track the proceedings.
The case "is not going to jump ahead of the line and be handled any differently," Superior Court Judge Ronald L. Stephens said at a hearing for sophomore Reade Seligmann.
After the brief hearing, District Attorney Mike Nifong said he does not expect any trial to begin before next year.

Yes, it appears we can add the toxicology report to the broomstick molestation, the condom usage, the rape jackets, etc. as just more propaganda peddled by the media hoping desperately to shore up the credibility of the rape accusation and lynch these Duke boys.
So what happened? Recall the early ESPN article based on an interview with an anonymous source at Duke Hospital.
That source said Crystal was screaming hysterically, and refused to let herself be touched by any man. So by being aggressive and loud, and limiting those who were dealing with her to other women, she was then able essentially to intimidate those people and take control of the situation. She probably refused to let them take blood or urine samples and the SANE nurse limited her examination to a physical examination, swabs for DNA and an assessment of her "demeanor" which the sympathetic nurse found "consistent with" rape.

UNBELEIVABLE!
I wonder why????
My guess.....she refused!
I would've searched the documents myself, if I didn't have such a bad connection.
Refusal to be tested is a legal right correct?
I'll bet she wouldn't let them test her for drugs because she's a druggie.
yup--she went looney when she stole the car, probably the same deal here.
Incomplete as in sections physically missing or incomplete as in the SANE nurse did not do her job?
Not only do we have Nifong's imaginary broomstick and imaginary condoms, now we have imiginary date rape drugs...
The only thing I see on the warrants is that blanket #11 on the second one, "Any other items that may constitute a crime."
The second warrant has no pills or drugs listed as seized.
When I was researching SANE protocol, somewhere I remember reading a tox screen and blood alcohol will be done if there is reason to believe they may have been a factor in an alleged rape.
Yep, she wouldn't have been scratching and clawing and she wouldn't remember everything as well as she does in her statements.
But not logical for Nifong then to suggest that a drug had been used.
Nifong is shooting blanks...
It makes no sense at all.
CGM declines the tox screen and says no condoms were used. Nifong has to know this.
Nifong first says DNA will tell all, then says condoms might have been used, then suggests a date rape drug.
Something is really screwy somewhere....
I really believe he was basing it on Kim's testimony, that she said seem fine when see arrived.
That is how weak this case really is.

An exotic dancer who says she was gang-raped and beaten at a Duke lacrosse team party where she was hired to perform was given a test at a hospital to determine if she had a date-rape drug in her system, WRAL has learned.
The accuser, a 27-year-old single mother and student at North Carolina Central University, was treated shortly after the alleged attack on the morning of March 14 at Duke University Medical Center, according to court documents.
Legal experts said such a test is often performed at the request of a police officer. The results of that test, however, have not been made public.
Wasn't it Nancy Grace who said the Duke students had been working on "special drugs", or something to that effect.
